Where can I purchase one of those lovely light blue wine bottles?

When dining at a lovely little place along the path leading out of Monet's Home, we were served water in a lovely light blue bordeaux-type wine bottle. When empty the bottle looked like it still had water in it. Where can I purchase these bottles?
