Hostel ?

Hi I need to test some local knowledge or a very good memory! I have read within the last 12 months of an older Englishman & his wife that have accomodation, run hostal style, sort of aging hippies, not sure where, but between Girona and the sea, getting very close to giving up or selling the business. Any ideas? I hope to stay there if I can find them. Cheers A
