Self Catering Apt to Rent (3 months) in Cape Coast/Elmina

I am looking to rent a place in Cape Coast/Elmina for a colleague for three months (late February 08 - late May 2008) .... Does anyone know of any places that may be available. It will be for a single female (researcher) from the United Kingdom, who hopes for a 1/2 bedroom apartment/house with catering facilities. Any help is appreciated! Michael
