For hotels in Gent look at www.booking.com or www.venere.com Hostels are cheaper. Look at www.hostelworld.com or www.hostelbookers.com If you want to go to a VT meeting, click on the red 'meet members' tab at the top of this page. Then click on the 'member meetings and events' tab. You will find all VT meetings listed. You can sign up to any you would like to attend (there is a link for this in the details of each meeting). You will have to make and pay for your own travel and accommodation arrangements, of course.
