Poseidon through Kem Pery Tours

Hi all I need some advice about Galapagos. Did anybody booked a Galapagos tour thru Kem Pery Tours in Quito? Are they trustworth? How to pay and how to be sure that the money goes to the right place from Switzerland to Ecuador? Has anybody made some experiences with the Yacht Poseidon? I know it is basic, but we travel as a family of 4 people, and ... Thanks for your help.
