I'm planning another trip to Italy in 2008 and would like to rent an apartment in Gaeta for a month. Does anyone know any websites or have any contacts? we will be a group of 4 50-something ladies. Thanx
Here when we look for an apartment we use www.portaportese.it, but it's in italian and you should call persons. However i think it's early to look for an apartment in 2008

There is two places I would go to start, the first is http://www.expatriates.com/ and sign up for the rental notices for Italy, I get about 2 per Week. The second place to ask is slowtalk.com/groupee/forums/... and that is the expat site for Italy and there are a lot of recommendations on the site plus reviews for past rentals. Most of the sites offer locations in the Rome area, however there are a few places in the Gaeta area. I've seen several vacation rentals advisted in the Gaeta area, just use yahoo and type in Gaeta Italy apartment rental. Peperosso

I wanted to add if you do not want to sign up for the apartment rental notices on the expatriates site you can go here to just read them once a Week. expatriates.com/classifieds/...
