Have you had a look at the Füssen Tourism website? http://www.fuessen.de/244.0.html Ideas: Visit Ludwig's Herrenchiemsee Castle (on top of Neuschwanstein and it) Enjoy a spa Go Skiing or skating or sledging or cross country skiing Visit a museum or monastery Have cake and coffee in a Kaffeehaus Take an excursion to Munich or Innsbruck Go for a hike on winter trails

If you wander the old town and go to the Neuschwanstein & Hohenschwangau Castles [both close together, that will probably fill the day.

Personally i'd just go for a walk! Fuessens a lovely town, even prettier in snow i would imagine and there are plenty of places to walk around. You could go down the side of the River Lech or even take a bus into Schwangau. You could also walk around Forggensee, its drained some time in winter, i'm not sure what month that is, but if its not drained you could walk around it, and if it is, there are tours you can go on to walk in it!
