There are no recommendations under nightlife... Are there any small local pubs of the sort or any other night life?
Spent a couple of nights in Fussen when I was interailing - there's a couple of bars in the town if I remember rightly - one quite nice one overlooking the river. As you'd expect it's not the most lively town for nightlife but if you want a drink you'll find somewhere.

There are of course pubs. There is also a Club/Disco. http://www.clubbigapple.de/index2.html Thus pretty like most German towns of this size (~ 15.000 inhabitants).
