I think you can get a bus to Malaga and another on to Granada.

Bus to Nerja is green and white/cream (sorry forget the company) but have looked up the times - frigilianatoday.com/transpor... and I think the schedule changes/lessens for the winter. Then bus Nerja to Granada with - http://www.alsa.es/portal/site/Alsa No recall if there is a tourist office which could assist if you are there, (or the Ajuntamiento).

Once you're in Granada the bus leaves from the square (with fountains) at the intersection of Calles Reyes Catolicos and Calle Pavaneras. It's a nice walk down into the city, but you'll be glad of the bus to take you up :-) It's quite an exciting bus journey up through the narrow streets too.
