Last year I spent the latter half of July in Bellingham. I'm thinking it is still a practical place to stay, but wondering how one gets from there to Anacortes. I was thinking of riding an Anacortes ferry.

Is there any way of getting from Victoria to Friday Harbor in Feb? I see that the Victoria Express ferry doesn't start until June and the Victoria Clipper doesn't start until May. Thanks!
