Somewhere on one of the downtown streets where the shops are, there is a sign, I think it's a stop sign, that has a special meaning or use. I think there is something enclosed inside. I can't remember the details but I think it had something to do with an emergency or disaster. Can anybody tell me more about this sign? Thankyou!

Man, I have no idea but I live here and if you have any more information that would be helpful I will certainly go see what I can find out for you. My office is a few blocks from city hall so I can see what they say.
