Mountainbiking nearby??

Hi there, I'm coming for work in your fair city on Tuesday. I'm bringing my folding mountain bike and hope to hit the trails all day Wenesday. But is there any riding nearby? I've heard wonderful things about Rodalban, but apparently that is two hours away by train. So my questions are: Is there any place else you'd recommend nearby (up to 45-minutes away by train). If I go to Rodalban, how can I get to the mountain bike trails from the towwn's train station? Thank you! - Daniel
