New Years Eve in Frankfurt

Hey, Myself and a few friends are thinking of going to Frankfurt this year for New Years. We'll be travelling on the Saturday, coming back on the Sunday. We were wondering if anyone firstly had any advice on where to spend the count down hours (and after)- and good pubs or clubs - and secondly, where we could stay - being so close I'd imagine a lot of places would be fully-booked.
