Are there gyms in Fortalaza to train, lift weights, stay in shape etc...?

    It would have to be a very small place in Brazil not to have some sort of gym. Fortaleza, as a large city, probably has many. Since you didn't bother to say where you are staying, it would be hard to direct you beyond the good advice to Google. Also I'm sure any local garota/o de p. you encounter can direct you to the nearest one. Best wishes for the fit-making holiday you so deserve.
