I was in Fortaleza for the Holidays and I got to try the Chopp de Vinho at the Chopp de Bixiga. I have NEVER tried a drink like this. Excellent DRINK. I was amazed. The problem now is that i came back and I can no longer get Chopp de Vinho. Does any one know how to get it or make it?
Hm... I have no idea! If I'm not wrong it was invented and only exists in Brazil, but I'm not sure of that! It's pretty good indeed, and you can find it in other places in Fortaleza, not only in Bixiga anymore. It must be pretty difficult to make, otherwise everybody would make it. =P So... maybe you'll only drink it again when you come back to Fortaleza! hehe. But I hope you find it somewhere else or find out how to make it. =) Take care!
