Marriage in Ft. Myers Area

Does anyone know of a good location in the Ft. Myers area for a sunset beach wedding? We are low maintenance and don't need the services of a hotel. It will just be me, my fiance, a notary, and two witnesses. Also, are there permits required for this type of intimate gathering if we end up on a public beach? Any ideas are welcomed! EJ
