19370 Collins Ave rental, Sunny Isles

I will be spending a week in Sunny Isles in April and am considering renting a condo unit from an owner at 19370 Collins Ave. (Ocean Reserve Beach Condominium). I am looking for very specific advice on the quality of the building, distance to the beach, and cleanliness of the beach. Thanks!!!
