Has anyone stayed at the Napoli Belmar Resort

Hi, I am going to be in Ft. Lauderdale Dec. 30th - Jan. 6th and of course on a budget. I am wondering how safe and clean is the Napoli Belmar Resort. I haven't found such a good deal in the area as it. Also is it a safe area for someone traveling single? Also, whats the best way to get to Miami from ft. lauderdale for a night out. Thanks
