My family, including 2 teenage boys, will be staying in Charleston for 3 nights before heading to The Sanctuary on Kiawah Island for a week. I'm trying to decide between Charleston Place or the French Quarter Inn for our "city" stay. Any suggestions?

I am traveling from FL visiting Florence, SC on my way to Greensboro, NC. Had heard about the Denture Clinics there and thought I would check them out.. The one I am looking into going is The Sexton Dental Clinic on Palmetto St. I am wondering if you have heard anything about these places good or bad and looking for a nice place to stay for one night..
