Where to celebrate a birthday in Florence?

We are a group of 10 and one is going to have her birthday in Florence. Where would be a good fun place to celebrate? A cheap and cheerful restaurant? vineyard? boat cruise? Any suggestions would be most welcome. It is on Sunday Sept 11 and most tour busses only seem to take eight (and cost heaps). We have rented a villa just outside town so can walk in or have someone come to us even....
