Anyone rented an apartment from www.housinginflorence.com

Hi I am thinking of renting an apartment when i go to Florence as a student and found a really nice and cheap apartment. I wanted to know if anyone has booked through www.housinginflorence.com ? I just want to make sure its for real as the price is really good. Any info would be great! Thanks!! Jess
