cook for 8 adults in a villa in Bagno A Ripoli

A group of friends (4 couples) is planning to stay in a villa in Bagno A Ripoli for a week begiining on June 15th, 2008. They would like to have the services of a cook for traditional meals. Can anyone recommend a person whom I might contact? Grazie!!!
