Norway in a Nutshell stop over

by meibert Online Now Jan 22, 2011 at 2:30 PM

We are planning a trip across Norway from Oslo to Bergen and plan to do the Norway in a Nutshell route. Where is a good place to stop for an overnight on the way? This trip is in February.

    Hi,
I'm sorry to say that the Norway in a nutshell route in February is not the same as taking the route in the summertime. Instead of having the steep, narrow roads along the fjords, you will experience winter and snow. If you like it, then I would maybe say a place called Myrdal, which is in the upper station on the Flåm Railway station. (The small villages situated innermost the fjords are not that picturesque in the wintertime).
