Flam Train

Will be in Flam from a cruise ship on Sat, June 14th. Is it necessary to get tickets in advance for the roundtrip? What is the cost?

    For a group of more than 10 you would need seat reservations otherwise no. I think you still have to buy the tickets on the train, it is a tiny one and most of the stations are not manned anyway. Roundtrip costs approx 400 NOK per person.

    We didn't need any reservations but there was a ticket office in Flam.
