Hi VTers Can anyone recommend a nice restaurant that has traditional food and perhaps music? The group we will be traveling with offers an "optional dinner" at AL FASSIA. I had read that restaurant is very touristy especially with their show and we are looking for a nice place for a birthday celebration dinner. Thanks. Losham

We ate at restaurant 'cafe clock' it has a nice view and attracts many young artsy locals and tourists, the food was soso, not bad, but not great either. We also ate at restaurant Sekaya. That was better food and had a nice view. You should check out tripadvisor. I got many tips from there. Most restaurants are touristy in Fez. Our riad in Fes had great food (and a full bar) and I believe could serve your group. Riad Andalib--give them a call or send an email and ask. Ribal, the owner is great.
