how do you book a train ticket from Fez to Casablanca?

Only way I know is to go to the station & buy a ticket. Don't know any way of advance booking. Maybe for 1st class.

Other than going to the station yourself you could ask the receptionist at your hotel, They will send somebody and charge you. Trains are rarely full and you do not need to book in advance.
