How much does it cost to rent a place for two weeks or may be a month in Ferney -Voltaire. If you are flying from South East Asia what is the best airline to fly with ?
Ferney Voltaire in France right?.. The nearest airport is Geneva ( just exit on the France immigration), thus you have wide array of airline to choose.. Singapore Airlines is the best good, via Frankfurt . Air France is also okay via Paris. Cathay Pacific is one of the great value (lower price too). Ferney is a bit of small town, there are very few choices on accommodation, Ive stayed before at Voltaire Palace, its okay as its at the center of town.. Im not sure now on how much it cost.. Maybe check Best Western website.. If you got a friend that is resident of Ferney, let them be the one to book you, they got some special discounts..

Ferney is very close to the airport (a few kilometers) and on the border. As lodging in Switzerland is very expensive, there are a lot of people that work in Geneva and live in France (Ferney or other places in the 'Pays de Gex'), then the price of reting apartments is higher than in other parts of France. You should try to book through a rental agency. There are several. You will have plenty of answers if you feed Google with : Ferney immobilier Look for example at : www.ferney-immobilier.com/ but there are also others. Don't restrain only to Ferney : Gex, Divonne and small villages which name will not say anything to you are many close to Ferney, if you have a car. There are bus lines also, but of course it will not be so convenient.
