Driving from Vilamoura to Lisbon

Hello to all, On behalf of my parents who are not as young as they used to be! i wanted to find out the easiest and simplest route for them to drive from Vilamoura to Lisbon. Im not too bothered about cost as long as the journey is easy for them. Also how long will it take and cost (tolls etc)? any help appreciated Regards,
