About this Famy place, is it safe and what I mean is this place infested with NPA?
Locals live peacefully in Famy, but I can't confirm the presence of NPA...it's a rumor though. To be on the safe side, don't wander around especially at night without any local friend, and don't be "flashy" in your clothing and jewelry. And as in any other place in the world, don't display your money; prepare exact change if possible.
