What of this healing spa?

I am interested in gaining information to travel to the Katlanovo Spa. Everything from flight information to accomodations. I would like to stay for a couple of weeks if possible. I know very little of the area but am am very interested in the spa as I have a war injury that has not healed despite aggressive rehabilitation efforts from western doctors. Also, what's the political climate like? How are the attitudes towards American vistors? I am concerned as I was in the military and have a tattoo from my unit that would be clearly visable in a spa.
