My friend is arriving at Exeter St Davids station next week and will need a can to get to his final destination. Is there a company at the station and do you think he needs to pre book ? Do you have any names and/or contacts please ? Thanks you. Nicola Hutin
There is a cab stand right outside the door of the station and I have never seen it empty. There should be absolutely no need to pre-book. I travel to Exeter St David regularly and always get a taxi.

In the very rare event that there are no taxis on the forecourt there's also a 24 hour taxi office on the right from the station exit.
