Weekends and Hotels in Addis Ababa

I need help urgently to plan for a short business stopover in AA this weekend. Is the weekend standard western weekend or is it the Arabic weekend with Fridays being rest day? Any recommendations for hotel for one night stay? And how much? What can I see on a Sunday? Museum or marketplace etc? Thanks for your help!
