2008 New Year

We are 4 couples in early 50's who go away every New Year for a good time. We enjoy a drink(s)& to let our hair down on the dance floor. Can anybody recommend a good club/bar for us to see in the New Year ( we would also like to hear each other if we talk!! ). Would we have to make a reservation in advance. if yes any idea regard cost? At the same time has anybody eaten at the Ipenema Restaurant at Uniquestry Mihkli Hotel? comments please. Regards
