Bus Service to and from Taxco Easter Week - hotel??

Hello - I am an older American woman currently in Tepoztlan - I don't drive, and would like to see the processions on Thursday night and maybe Friday (is Thursday the best?) during Semana Santa. Finding a hotel online is impossible of course. I was thinking of coming by bus Thursday afternoon, but if I can't find a hotel room I might have to wander in the street all night, which is quite exhausting for me. Does anyone know what time the earliest bus or combi to Cuernavaca leaves, or if there is special service during Semana Santa, running at night for instance? Thank you, Jean
