Call Casa di Carlo. he does very good rates during festival time. Small, shared shower, no windows, but cosy & great communal space in courtyard. Here it's more about atmosphere and location. 5mins from harbour and main festival square. Still in a quiet location of the medina.

Hi, we are two guys (one Spanish and other morocoan), living close to Casalanca. We are planning to go to the festival, from Marrakesh, but just for 3 days (nights of Thursday and Friday). We go by car, and it´s difficult for us to find accomodation for two people. If you find some for three people, or want to come with us and share expenses, contact us.
