Has anyone been to this event? The website keeps saying the server isn't available, but I think it sounds like a fun way to spend a day.

Thank you, that's the site I was trying to get to last night; they must have been doing some updates. Not many, because they still have the vendors from last year listed, but at least it's working now.

Hey Daniel! I wound up having to work the weekend of the festival, but my mom has a friend who goes every year. Downtown Erie, for those who might stumble upon this, doesn't start until summer. It can be fun, but it has to be somewhat warm. I don't think there are any winter initiatives to get people downtown.
