I'm going to Ephesus, second time there, but want to do the Terraces Houses this time. Do I buy my ticket at the main Ephesus gate or at the entrance to the Terrace Houses? Thank you
It is three years since I was last there and at that stage you paid at the houses and it had to be cash as there was no eftpos facility. Hopefully they have now sorted out an all inclusive ticket from the main gate - ask and see what happens.

I was there in May and the additional entrance fee was charged right there at the entrance to the Terrace houses- I paid with a credit card.

My friends have recently been there and they said they paid cash at the Terrace houses but there was an option to pay via credit card. I was there in 2007 and I can recommend the Terrace houses,Ephesus is an amazing place. Cheers Dorrise

I agree with starting at the top and getting the audio guide, which allows you to go at your own pace. Enjoy! more
