Hi It's perhaps worth bearing in mind that African countries such as Uganda don't usually operate a 'daylight saving' system which results in a difference between 'summer' and 'winter' time (as countries such as Britain and parts of Australia do). To my knowledge, the only African country that does this is Namibia. Regards Cathy
