Around what time does people start to go to papas and beer? on thursday
I only know about Papas and Beer in Rosarito Beach, and I would say that, except during Spring Break when it can be active as early as 11 am, most nights, after nine at night would be the time it starts getting busy and continues on until about three in the morning. In Ensenada, Hussong's has historically been the "hottest spot," but doesn't offer dancing. Hope this helps, Linda

Another option may be to simply buy a set of cheap towels and sheets in Ensenada at WalMart or Gigante. That may lighten... more
