Gathering Spots

I am looking for a place where several members of the El Dorado High School Alumni can gather for a BBQ Potluck dinner. We will want to have some time for conversation and activities. We do not want to have to worry about noise after 10:00 PM like we would at the Lake. Is there a spot that can be rented for such an Alumni Gathering? I think it would be a good idea to contact the El Dorado Convention and Visitor's Bureau directly: 360eldorado.com/Travel/ElDor... I'm sure they will be able to help you with suggested venues.
