SkyDiving Fishing and Horseback Riding in Eilat

Hi there, I will be in Israel in July for the 3rd time, but it will be my first time visiting Eilat. I would like to do some fishing(on a boat) horseback riding and skydiving. There is one place I saw on the web for skydiving but it is all in Hebrew which I can't translate. I would like to know prices, times places for all three activities. Anyone have any suggestions? Best locations. Thanks. Also, any military bases nearby I could visit? Thanks, Dave NY
