Hello, does anybody know about good happy hours in the centre of Edinburgh? Or other good value deals? We are on a budget and would still like to go out and have some drinks on a Monday night. Thank you so much and greetings!
I forgot to say: I tried to search myself but did not get the results I was looking for. Maybe somebody knows from his/her experience. Thanks!

Similar to Glasgow answer but Edinburgh even pricier! Cheaper options as before jdwetherspoon.co.uk/home/pub... In Rose street my favourite Edinburgh pub is the Abbotsford, it's just behind George Street where hte Hard Rock Cafe is

More expensive than Glasgow..... however, there are still loads of student-y pubs - I replied to your Glasgow post and assume you are on the trail of the same kind of drinking establishment. Happy hours all over the place. To name a few: The Tron, Teviot Row House, The Meadow Bar, Assembly Bar...... Glasgow is the place to go for music. I will say, for both Glasgow and Edinburgh, that now is holiday time for students and you won't find many, if any in the bars and pubs. Lots of young people, yes, but not many from the uni - mostly from outside and from abroad and overseas. Totally different sort of vibe.
