Is Hotel Au Rivage any good?

Hi We are hoping to stop one night in Dunkerque in July. Hotel Au Rivage seems to be close to the sea and quite cheap. Has anyone stayed there, and can recommend it? Or perhaps there is a nicer hotel also near the sea? Thanks,
