i cant be of much help but want to let you know you just made me salivate hehe. that thing called dumaguete express is truly delectable. hmm let me recall, there are of course the sea foods, coconut milk, onions, leeks, red and green bell pepper, ginger, onion, garlic and don't forget the coconut meat that's usually mistaken for squid :) and the garnish which is chopped crispy lechon kawali
i guess you sautee everything, pour in the cocomilk and simmer till all the various chunks of seafood are tender to the bite
