Traveling from Bacolod to Dumaguete

Please help me. I need to find out how to travel from Bacolod to Dumaguete by land (and how long the travel is). I'm planning for my trip in end March and I would appreciate any info. Thank you!

Dumaguete is approximately 200kms from Bacolod. A steady drive of 80 - 100 kph will get u there in more or less 3 to 4 hours. taking into account traffic in the cities, bad roads, toilet stops, etc.
