Night taxis

I am going to dubrovnik in october but only get into the town from airport at around 2130 and need to get to kolocep to my hotel the same night is there late night water taxis going there or can i arrange in advance for someone to take me over from port gruz and how do i do that? Also how do i get from the airport to the port? Thanks.
