Gogarty's Penthouse Apts

Has anyone stayed at the apartments at Oliver St. John Gogarty's in the Temple Bar area? The apartments are above the pub/restaurant and above the hostel on the top floor.

    I never stayed in the apartment but I can tell you for sure the area is very noisy at night...
