Umrah from Dubai/ Abdu Dhabi by Pakistani Visitor

I am a pakistani living in Islamabad/ Rawalpindi. I want to visit Abu Dhabi (or Dubai) on 2-week visit visa and from there also want to avail Umrah facility for 3or5 days. Is it legally posssible? How much money (Rs. or Dirham) it would cost for one person or (group of three persons) including all charges of fare, transporation, accommodation, meals etc.
