Is the Jumeirah Monorail still in service? Very limited info about it online. Is it a convenient way to travel to the Atlantis Hotel?
I have not used it personally. I believe it is in service, but and I could be wrong, does not link easily with other public transport. There was an idea to have a tram go to it, but I do not think the tram is in operation. Again just from what I've read the monorail goes down the Palm and ends up at the Atlantis Hotel.

It is just an isolated route that doesn't link with the other transport, and it's expensive. The simplest way to Atlantis is by taxi.

I was on the Palm Jumeirah on Friday morning and yes, it's still in service. But as Colin said: it only goes from the bottom of the Palm to the top... it's pretty pointless and it's expensive. Going by taxi will be cheaper.
