Day trip to Oman

Hi,my husband and I are going to Dubai for a week in June and we would love to go on a day trip to Oman. We have been to Dubai a couple of times before but never had the time to do it. I've looked at Ararbia Horizons who do two day trips, one is to Dibba and the other is to Khasib, wondered if one is better than the other? Would love to hear from anyone who has been on these trips or to these places, also is the journey scary at all? Really appreciate any replies, thankyou Denise
